It is still spring but the sounds of Nature and sights of Summer are here!
With several retention ponds in the neighborhood we annually get entertained by frogs, ducks, red-winged black birds and even geese.
Evening Sights and Sounds:
The bullfrogs are putting on quite a show in the evenings. Maybe the unusually warm weather is the reason.
Also right now we have resident geese and four goslings at the pond across the street. We regularly have bald eagles visiting the area so the mom and dad have to be vigilant in protecting their young. Ah, Nature!
Resident Geese:
The flowers are also particularly beautiful here right now. Rhododendrons, azaleas, dogwoods…and the list goes on. It’s a wonderful time to get out and enjoy!

Just living is not enough… one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower. – Hans Christian Andersen
