I thought for something fun this week I would give you a tour of one of our homes on the market with Coldwell Banker Kline & Associates. Whether you live in the neighborhood or just tune into this blog you may be curious about what different homes are like on the inside.
With many similarities in design each one is individual in its finish and choice of products. We have four homes on the market right now and they are very different in age, style and finish. Here is one of the latest homes on the market with a popular floor plan called “Chandler.”

It’s nice to know that all yards in the neighborhood are kept neat and tidy by the Stillwaters maintenance crew. No worrying that your neighbor didn’t get their lawn mowed!

Having a vaulted ceiling is a building option on new homes and many homes in the neighborhood enjoy this upgrade.

This floor plan is popular for the large kitchen which is open to the family room area.

A well-lit and spacious master bedroom is a highlight of this plan.

This large master bath is airy and built with lots of light.
Click on this LINK to see the full floor plan.
This is just one of the eight different floor plans available for building a new home in Stillwaters. I hope you enjoyed the tour this week and let me know if you have questions.

The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much it is whether we provide enough for those who have little. – Franklin D. Roosevelt
