Warning: This week’s blog is not for the “Fixers” or “DIY (Do-it-yourself)” homeowners!
How aggravating it can be when little things in the house go awry. The drippy faucet, the moss accumulating on the roof or the lightbulb that needs to be changed in that unreachable light fixture are things that can just get the best of you. These are small items but things that need to be taken care of. At any age these can be aggravating but as we get older (and wiser) they become more so. Knowing who to call and who to trust is very important at these times.
Luckily, here in Stillwaters we have an on-site crew of maintenance workers that can get these done for residents for reasonable rates. This is very convenient and helps reduce daily worries and stress.
Here are some common repair requests done for a fee:
- Moss kill on the roof
- Faucet replacement
- Re-keying homes
- Installing replacement light fixtures
- Running toilets
- Garbage Disposal not working
- Caulking tubs and sinks
And many more…
Services that are provided as part of monthly maintenance fee:
- Planting a plant/tree/bush that you buy
- Changing lightbulbs in hard to reach areas (you buy the bulb)
- Troubleshooting Comcast Cable issues
- Troubleshooting Custom Security Fire and Medical Alarm issues
Call the office for more information on what we can help with. If we can’t help, we can refer to an expert who can.
Quote of the Week:
If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude. Don’t complain.
