This is a short blog this week as I am off traveling the rest of the week with Mr. Blogger.  We are heading off in our trailer for the weekend and leave our home, cat and gardens confident that they will be well watched over while we are gone.  Good neighbors are a treasure and here we have many treasure.  Thank you good neighbors!

On another note, we are saying goodbye today to Eleanor Matson, who has faithfully done blood pressure checks for residents the last 10 years, here at the Gathering Place.  Eleanor is retiring and we are sending her off in style – with a good old fashioned Tea.  Good china tea cups, real English tea, Cucumber sandwiches and English Biscuits!  Farewell Eleanor, we will miss you!
