Oh my, it is Saturday and I am just writing the blog! The week has been so full of home buyers that I am just now sitting down to write a blog. Whether it was the sunshine, the lack of rain or the beautiful homes newly on the resale market here – the buyers were here in droves this week.

Here is a good resource for new buyers – to prepare for the buying process. Whether you are a first time buyer or a repeat home owner it is good to see what is needed (and what may be new) before launching into the process.
